Casey Pet Emergency is looking for a Full-time OR Part-time Emergency and Critical Care veterinarian to join our growing team. Casey is a small boutique Veterinary Emergency Center offering After-hours only service in outer South East Melbourne.  Our clinic doors do shut, overtime is not expected and we offer a great balance between ER caseload and regular, flexible hours!

Our practice is growing, and we need more help to keep up with the current caseload and to continue to provide excellent patient and client care. Our great Mortdale clinic is a 100% small animal practice seeing predominantly dogs, cats and the occasional pocket pet. Our Veterinary Team consists of four Vets and eight Nurses and a Practice Manager, all focused on quality care.

As a 24/7 clinic, we offer a wide range of shifts that may suit your work-life balance. This position is for someone willing to work in the afternoons, evenings and an on-call rotation.

Provide support to nursing and veterinary staff within our clinic through cleaning, animal attending and nursing duties. This is a critical enabling role in the clinic and requires some versatility on behalf of the employee.
