About us
Our vision is to ensure that every client, and patient, feel comfortable and confident with our treatment plan for their special family member.
We aim to offer the best possible care for our patients and encourage client adherence through education and forming strong trusting relationships. We are constantly on the lookout for every aspect of our patient’s health, and our focus on preventive care really helps our patients achieve a longer, happier and healthier life.
Being in a coastal regional location, naturally, we have to cover a number of disciplines such as internal medicine, dermatology, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, behaviour, oncology, parasitology and haematology just to name a few. In addition, your special medical or surgical interests are encouraged and supported as we know this is something that is highly valuable to you and our practice.
Our state-of-the-art facilities offer the highest standard of care and the very best of diagnostic equipment. We continue to invest in the most advanced medical technology to achieve the best results for every pet as quickly as possible. We communicate with specialists remotely as required and even have some visiting the hospital on a regular basis which also allows our team members to exchange knowledge and expertise so that we can all continue to improve our skills.
The team were fantastic and I highly recommend! The reception team (Erin) was so caring and got us in straight away due to the incident. We were met with the biggest cuddles and our dog felt right at home straight away!! The Vet (Rob) was amazing! He was so caring & knowledgeable. The treatment was exceptional. Rob even called the next day to follow up which is exactly what you want when your pet is not well! I forgot my receipt so I called back and received the same great service from Helen! A great experience overall! – Penny Crossley (Google Review)
