If you’re looking for your next veterinary leadership position with an ensured work-life balance this could be the position for you! We are seeking a permanent, full-time Veterinary Director to lead and mentor the team at our Greencross North Lakes Clinic.
Our Greencross North Lakes Clinic is equipped to support you with the best facilities to care for every client and pet; including digital x-ray, IM3 Dental, Bair Hugger and are stress-free accredited.

About you
You are a compassionate, supportive and strong Veterinarian professional who values clinical freedom and enjoys working in a national supportive network of industry leaders. You are ready for the next step in your career, ready to lead a team and make the clinic your own with the clinical freedom to do so.
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Veterinary Tertiary Qualifications with a minimum of 3- 5 years’ clinical experience
- A dynamic leader with sole charge experience
- A passionate mentor with a focus on developing and supporting the team
- Committed to providing gold standards of care to our clients and pets
- An excellent time manager with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and passionate about high-quality practice
- Client-focused and dedicated to providing positive outcomes
- Accountable and adaptable with a proactive attitude
Must be registered or be eligible for veterinary registration in Australia.

North Lakes is an up and coming built-up area with plenty of young families and pets, coffee shops and shopping centres, located 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD.
