This is our go-to place for emergencies with our pet dog. Both the receptionists and nurses are always very calm, personable and professional. They will even answer any question you have over the phone. If the question is too difficult they will go around asking the nurses as well. About this role

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering outstanding client care to all patients and owners;
• Participating as an enthusiastic team member with a positive ‘go-getter’ attitude;
• Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone;
• Administration duties and associated tasks.
• Cleaning and maintaining the reception area and consulting rooms

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and expertise:

• 1+ years of experience working as a Receptionist or similar role;
• Experience with RxWorks is highly desired, but not essential;
• Excellent phone manner, communication skills & customer service skills;
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary preventative health and nutrition
• Ability to maintain a calm, friendly and  professional demeanour while also having a sense of humour;
• An amazing ‘can do’, team player attitude.
