Experience all our beautiful city has to offer! We’re offering five applicants the opportunity to tour our facility and stay with your family at a local hotel so you can explore the region we love first hand. And better still it’s on us!
The five lucky applicants will be notified in the coming weeks.
Our name Vetora means “vets of the land” and in Te Reo, our indigenous language, it means “vet of health and well-being”, and we are delighted to be known as both. Since 1942 we have been providing Veterinary Services to the Bay of Plenty community and today our original core values about looking after animals, families and farmers, and finding better ways to do so, remain as the foundation of our ongoing success.
As a community-based organisation, our unique culture also extends to our staff and this is a big reason why our employees stay with us much longer than most vet clinics. And our philosophies such as having a preferred vet assigned to each client reflects our commitment to customer compassion and pet empathy while delivering best practice veterinary care.
Our friendly team work in a high-end facility including four consult rooms, two surgical rooms, spacious prep room plus laboratory and diagnostic room.
The Animal Hospital is fitted with the latest equipment including endoscopy, digital radiography, full dental suite, doppler, ultrasound, orthopaedic equipment and complete IDEXX in house laboratory.
A very good animal hospital that has been around for a very long time – Barry Grouby (Google Review)
