We are seeking an experienced and confident veterinarian to join one of our Cairns teams, who is passionate about what they deliver and dedicated to really making a difference to the world of pets.
Our Cairns clinics are set up with cat & dog wards, theatres, iso, x-rays, consult rooms, grooming rooms, prep areas and pharmacy’s. We fall within a cluster of 3 Greencross veterinary clinics in the area allowing you to network with and learn from each other. Our clinic at Earlville offers stem cell therapy, which sets us apart from other clinics, and with this you will be supported by a great network of experienced vets.
We are committed to empowering our vets, fostering increased confidence and refined expertise. We achieve this through strongly encouraging continued education. Each year you will be invited to attend our annual and exclusive Vets Symposium whilst providing you with all your other required CE points free. We will also pay for your VIN and AVA memberships.

We are looking for:
- Experienced and Passionate Vet with at least 2 years’ experience; with the confidence to perform most common type of surgeries on their own
- Client focussed and dedicated to providing positive outcomes;
- A ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to foster and help build great relationships;
- Demonstrated capacity to work sole charge and make confident well considered decisions;
- Proven ability to work within a team environment.
