Our Step By Step Guided Job Campaigns
We created our Guided Job Campaign approach because we realize that for most well-run Veterinary organizations, recruiting new Team Members is a rare, occasional event. And that writing a compelling job ad that engages with candidates can sometimes be a confronting exercise, perhaps not even knowing where or how to begin…we’re here to make that easy.
Just like “painting by numbers” our guided approach helps you build up a great Job Campaign, one step at a time, that will help you prepare a compelling Message that we can then use to Reach and Frequently connect with your target audience…and get them to act…to click on the Apply Now button…because as with every successful advertising campaign, it’s all about Reach, Frequency and Message.

Step 1 – The Foundation
Here you enter the basic essentials such as the Job Title, Location, and Category – these are the primary criteria that we use for matching candidates with your Job Campaign.
Step 2 – The Story
Without an engaging story that draws candidates to explore further and once enthralled, gets them to act, you will not fill that vacant role. We have conducted extensive research into what makes a successful Job Campaign (and what does not – park that equipment list elsewhere), not only the content but also the order in which it needs to appear.
The easiest way to approach this is to download our handy Job Campaign Worksheet by clicking on the big green button above. Make your notes following our tried and tested format, and then copy and paste short snippets about each element into the corresponding text box and watch as it builds into a great story.
Finish everything off with some key bullet point highlights taken from the story you have written and then add a quick summary “snapshot”, a compelling snippet of under 400 characters that will be the basis of how we will be sharing your great opportunity across our network, in our emails and here on our website.
You can also choose to select the Freeform Job Campaign tab at the top of this Step and simply copy and paste your Job Campaign text and format it with headings, bold, bullet points, and so on…but we highly recommend you follow our Guided Job Campaign approach instead.
Step 3 – Polishing
This is where you round out your story with a little flair – choose a compelling image, add your logo, include your own Social Media links and add a tracking number if you wish.
Step 4 – Preview
Once you click on the Preview button we save a draft which you can then access later via “Your Job Campaign Dashboard” on the left-hand navigation panel.
And then there on screen is your Masterpiece, as it will be seen by your target audience – and if you need to edit anything, simply click on Edit Listing; once you are happy with everything click on Preview again and then click the “Pay for listing” button and you will be taken to our Payment Gateway.
Should you need to stop and come back later, the draft of your Job Campaign remains in your Account for 14 days. When it’s time to publish simply log in and click on the “Your Job Campaign Dashboard” link on the left of your Employer page and you will be able to edit and then pay for your listing.
Step 5 – Payment Gateway
Our payment partner is Stripe and the process is very simple. Just enter your details and click the “Submit Payment” button.
Step 6 – Review & Publish
Once you have submitted your payment we will then manually review your Job Campaign text and do things like check spelling and grammar, apply a more relevant image if needed (eg for Large Animal or Equine Roles), prepare your Job Campaign Video and look to see if there is anything missing that we think might enhance your Job Campaign.
Once we have published your Job Campaign we will send you a confirmation and then start promoting your ad across all of our distribution channels.
